Led the end-to-end redesign of Biospheric AI's geospatial intelligence platform, turning a basic Mapbox research tool into a world-class enterprise product serving Development Finance Institutions. Designed for a primary persona of senior analysts at organizations like the World Bank, IFC, and African Development Bank who influence $50M+ infrastructure investments. Key design challenges included blending conversational AI with spatial analysis, creating intuitive polygon-based workflows that auto-generate investment insights, and building a scalable design system to support multiple data domains (energy, income, healthcare, agriculture). Prioritized progressive disclosure to make building-level data granularity feel accessible to non-GIS users, while embedding intelligence features like semantic search, automated reporting, and predictive filtering that differentiate the platform from competitors like Fraym and Atlas AI.
