I care most about the details people feel but can't name, the timing of a transition, the weight of an interaction, the moment a flow stops making you think and just works. Over 7+ years, I've led design teams in Nigeria, the UK, the US, and Canada. The pattern is always the same: I walk into ambiguity and leave behind systems that hold up.
Lately I've been deep in AI product design, designing for unpredictable outputs, multi-step workflows, and interfaces that adapt. My computer science background means I solve these alongside engineers, not waiting for a handoff.
